Why annual billing only?

Annual billing keeps our pricing simple and predictable for both you and us. It also allows us to offer significantly lower per-month prices compared to monthly billing.

Which compliance frameworks are supported?

complixo supports EU AI Act, GDPR, NIS2, and DORA out of the box, plus custom frameworks on Professional and Consultant plans.

Can I export my data?

Starter plans can export PDF reports. Professional and Consultant plans get PDF, Excel, CSV, and Word exports.

Is my data stored in the EU?

Yes. All data is stored in the EU. We use Supabase with PostgreSQL and all processing runs in EU data centers.

How does risk management work?

Our built-in risk register lets you assess risks with likelihood and impact scoring, link them to mitigating controls, and track treatment status. Risks, controls, and evidence are all connected.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, iDEAL, SEPA, and other local payment methods through Stripe. Invoices with proper EU VAT handling are generated automatically.

What happens when I cancel?

You can cancel your annual subscription at any time from your dashboard. After cancellation, your account remains fully active until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds. You can export all your data before your access ends.
