Plain terms for an honest service.

These terms govern your use of complixo.com and the services offered by Complixo, operated by Toine Schoenmaekers, Utrecht, The Netherlands. By using the site or commissioning a report you accept them. They are written in plain English because you deserve to understand what you agree to.

Complixo produces written credibility analyses of brand communications. A Brand Credibility Report is a one-off deliverable: an analyst-reviewed PDF plus 3 months of Live Dashboard access. A Live Brand Dashboard is an ongoing subscription that monitors brand content and runs pre-publish checks. A Multi-Brand Dashboard extends the same service to multiple brands.

A Complixo report is an independent, evidence-based opinion. It is not legal advice, not a regulatory finding, not an ISO certification, and not a guarantee of any business outcome. Our scoring reflects how well a set of public claims holds up against a defined ruleset. It does not attribute intent or dishonesty to any person.

One-off reports are charged in full at the time of commission. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard, effective at the end of the current billing period. All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.

If we materially fail to deliver a commissioned report we will refund the payment. We do not refund because you dislike a finding — that would defeat the point of independence.

You agree not to submit content you do not have the right to analyse, not to use Complixo to harass any person, and not to attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service. We reserve the right to refuse a commission at our discretion, including if the subject matter is outside our competence.

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Complixo’s total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Utrecht, unless applicable consumer law entitles you to a different forum.
